Champion Sports Garments Company Policy for Sportswear and Customization
1. Introduction
- Objective: This policy outlines the processes and guidelines for the manufacturing, sale, and customization of sportswear at Champion Sports.
- Scope: Applies to all products manufactured, customized, and distributed by Champion Sports, including but not limited to sportswear, school uniforms, and related accessories.
2. Quality Standards
- Fabric: All sportswear products must be manufactured using high-quality, breathable, and durable fabrics suitable for sports and athletic activities. Fabric must pass quality control tests including durability, comfort, and moisture-wicking properties.
- Designs: Designs must meet industry standards and align with modern trends while maintaining functional requirements.
- Inspection: Every batch of products should go through thorough inspection before shipping to ensure compliance with quality, size, and design specifications.
3. Customization Policy
- Customization Requests: Clients can request custom designs, logos, and personalization (such as names and numbers) for team or individual wear. All customization requests must be made in writing and approved by the client before production.
- Artwork Approval: Final designs for customization must be approved by the client, and changes post-approval may incur additional charges.
- Customization Process:
- Sublimation Printing: For all printed designs, sublimation will be used for a durable, high-quality finish.
- Embroidery & Screen Printing: Available upon request, but limited to specific items.
- Lead Time: Customization orders will have a lead time of 7-10 business days from the date of approval, depending on the complexity of the order.
4. Order Process
- Bulk Orders: Minimum order quantities apply for bulk orders, especially for teams, clubs, and schools.
- Single Orders: Customization is available for individual orders but may incur additional setup fees.
- Order Changes: Any changes to an order must be communicated within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, changes may not be accepted or could result in additional fees.
5. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing Structure: Pricing for standard products will be based on fabric, size, and design. Customization may carry additional costs based on complexity.
- Payment Terms: 50% advance payment is required for all custom orders. Remaining balance due upon delivery.
- Refunds: Customized products are non-refundable unless there is a defect in workmanship or material.
6. Return and Exchange Policy
- Standard Products: Returns or exchanges are allowed within 14 days if the product is unused and in its original condition.
- Custom Products: Custom sportswear cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or a discrepancy from the approved design.
- Defective Items: Defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt, and replacement or refunds will be processed after inspection.
7. Ethical and Sustainable Manufacturing
- Sustainability: Champion Sports is committed to using eco-friendly practices where possible, including recycled materials for packaging and eco-friendly dyes for printing.
- Ethical Labor: All manufacturing processes will comply with fair labor practices, ensuring that workers are treated fairly and provided safe working conditions.
8. Customer Support
- Contact: Customers can contact our support team via email or phone for queries regarding customization, orders, or quality issues.
- Response Time: All queries will be responded to within 48 hours during business days.
9. Intellectual Property
- Design Ownership: All custom designs provided by the client remain the intellectual property of the client. Champion Sports agrees not to use, share, or reproduce these designs without explicit permission.
- Company Designs: Designs created by Champion Sports for clients remain the property of the company unless explicitly transferred to the client.
10. Policy Review
- Review Cycle: This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains up-to-date with industry standards and customer needs.
